Citizens can seek information regarding the activities of Mahatma Gandhi University  by submitting a written request with details like Name , address, contact telephone number and particulars of the information sought. The reason for seeking information need not be given.

          The request may be addressed to the Public Information Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University, P.D Hills,Kottayam-686 560 along with the required fee of Rs.10/-.

The Fee of Rs 10/ can be paid at the University cash counter or at the Friends counters at Kottayam, Eranakulam  Pathanamthitta or Painavu. Indian Postal Orders as well as Demand draft from SBT, in favour of Finance Officer, M G University payable at University Campus Branch(Code No.669) are also accepted. While sending DD, kindly add Rs 10 as service charge. Copies of documents will be charged according to the rate fixed by the State Information Commission, Kerala.
